Throughout history, it has been humanity itself that has shaped the development and life of humankind. Just as in the past, today the most strategic resource that ensures continuity and sustainability is still human capital. HR leaders who can create transformation in people and culture management, make a difference and leave a lasting impact on the lives of employees within their organizations play an extremely important role in both business life and the sustainability of companies.
On February 11, 2026, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Türker Baş, the Happy Place to Work Team successfully organized a highly valuable event. Among the distinguished candidates for whom I personally cast my vote and shared my opinions, 100 CHROs who stood out through their efforts and the impact they created were honored with awards.
I hope that the awareness created through this initiative will be lasting. Regardless of the industry, the role undertaken by People and Culture leaders in companies is extremely important and valuable.
